Here at Essential Student Living, we want to make things simple and easy, which is why our rent is all-inclusive of utility bills – gas, electric and water. All residents have free unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi (perfect for streaming!) and your rent also includes personal contents insurance, provided by student insurance specialists Endsleigh.
Each kitchen area is fully fitted with an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, perfect for rustling up a meal to impress your housemates!
